At Patriot 360, we believe in upfront, honest pricing with no hidden charges. Below is a detailed breakdown of our mobile RV service rates, travel fees, labor costs, and warranty billing.

We're proud to serve Crestview, FL and the surrounding region with certified, veteran-owned mobile RV repair and inspection services.

Standard Rates

Labor Rate – $150/hr

Covers all diagnostic, repair, and installation work.

  • 1-hour minimum for all visits
  • After the first hour, billed in 30-minute increments
  • Labor begins upon arrival at your site

Mobile Convenience Fee – $100

Covers travel to your location and a full site assessment.

  • Includes up to 50 miles from our nearest dispatch point.
  • $1/mile for each additional mile beyond 50.
  • Required for all initial service visits.

 Return Trip Fee – $60

If a follow-up visit is needed to install parts or complete repairs, the return trip fee is reduced to $60.

 After-Hours or Holiday Rate – Double Standard Rates

Service calls outside regular business hours or on holidays are charged at 2x the standard labor and service rates.

  • Applies to emergency or weekend calls.
  • Subject to technician availability.

Warranty & Insurance Rates

Warranty or Insurance Repairs – $200/hr / $100 Admin Fee

  • The labor rate is $200/hr, plus a $100 administrative fee per claim to cover coordination, documentation, and processing with third-party providers.
  • Includes diagnostics, parts installation, and communication with warranty companies.
  • 1-hour minimum, then billed in 30-minute increments.
  • Subject to availability and warranty approval.

All warranty jobs must be pre-approved and scheduled in advance.

What We Don't Service

For safety, liability, and regulatory reasons, we do not diagnose or repair the following:

  • Engines or Motors
  • Chassis or Transmissions
  • Windshields, Wipers, or Broken Glass
  • Tires, Wheels (Axles and bearings can be serviced.)
  • Bodywork or Structural Damage
